Policies

All Wild Life Bikinis® are handmade upon ordering and can take around 3-7 days to complete, depending on our current volume of orders. Once you place your order, we will begin to sew your suit(s) in the order they were received. When your bikinis are complete, we then ship out. If you order more than 5 bikinis in one order, please expect completion dates to vary.

 Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 2 to 5 days in the USA and a few days longer for Interntional. We will email your tracking as soon as it's available. 

We are closed on weekends, all major holidays and occasionally we are off during private bikini events.

 Damages (during shipping)

Contact us within 2 days of receiving your suit(s) if there are any damages to your package/suit(s) upon arrival. Pictures of all shipping packages/damages and items inside must be emailed to WLB immediately, no exceptions! A claim will be filed for a replacement to be accepted. All packages are insured, so we must follow the shipping claims protocol with the USPS as required. Email us here. 

Please make note of our policy, which is non-negotiable. 

We only accept bikini returns that have not been worn due to the nature of the garment. We take hygiene seriously when it comes to our suits and customers health.

All suits must be unworn; no dirt, stains, oils or fragrance of any kind should be present on the items. All original tags and hygiene liners must still be attached to the bikinis and hygiene liners must have proven signs they've not been removed and then reattached. Once your suit has been inspected and approved, we will provide you with store credit or process an exchange within 3 business days. We do not offer free shipping so we will deduct the amounts for all shipping (return and reshipping) fees from your returned item(s) amount.

By publicly tagging/posting images and/or videos of Wild Life Bikinis® in action, on any social media platform(s), you agree and give permission to/for Wild Life Bikinis® to use/repost all images and/or videos on Wild Life Bikinis® business platforms, including all business websites and future advertising. Wild Life Bikinis® will never use full names, only first names or your public username associated with your public post(s), if needed. 

Wild Life Bikinis® has the right to edit all images and/or videos, for its use if needed.

 A When you purchase from Wild Life Bikinis®, all the information you provide to us on our website and/or in emails, stays private! We do not share anything with any other business or 3rd party vendors. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy and they have their own information they collect, but you have the option to opt-in or opt-out when you enter our website.
