Once your email has been sent, your personal RAF discount code will be generated during regular business hours, then emailed to you. You can then send it to your friends. (Please note; if submitted during the weekend, the code may be sent back on Monday)

During checkout, there will be an area which asks for a coupon/discount code to apply, they will need to add it in that area. This applies for all codes for our website.

Once you have RAF store credit from your Refer-A-Friend first purchases ($20 each), we will email you the amount/balance and your store credit code for your next checkout. - You must apply your code at your next checkout, as we will not go back to give refunds on past orders.

Every time your RAF code is successfully used by your friends, we will email you, but if at any time you need to know your balance, please email us and we can update you.

Yes. Our Refer-A-Friend discounts and store credit applies to our online store, including sales items and custom orders. Your order must be over $150 to apply your code at checkout.

Yes. If we offer Free Shipping at the time of your purchase and your order meets the minimum requirements; you will get Free Shipping on top of your discount code.

Yes. If your personal RAF discount code is not used by your friends within one year, your code will be removed. You can email us if you would like it to stay active thereafter. So please remind new friends to use it when you can.

Yes. If you do not use your store credit within 2 years from the last date your Refer-A-Friend discount code was used, your store credit will expire.

No. The system only lets you use one code per purchase.

If your phone number or email address changes, please send us an email with your new information and old information, so we can update your RAF discount profile.
